Hi, Parents!

Due to the guidelines rolled out by Governor Beshear, we are unfortunately cancelling spring soccer.  With his proposed opening date of June 15^th (for non-contact sports which does not include soccer), there is simply no way for us to complete a spring season and have time to prepare for fall soccer.  We are hopeful that the fall will bring a return to all things soccer, though there may be some adjustments made to allow for greater distancing at the parks on game days. 

As previously communicated, you now need you to choose what you would like to happen with your spring registration fee!  The form we are using for tracking can be found here:

BEFORE YOU FILL THIS OUT, there are some things you should know:

• For those aging out of U13 – we are exploring the possibility of a U15 league for fall soccer.  Right now, that division is listed as Waitlist only, so that we can see how many people are interested before we take finalize payment.  Fees for this division are higher than for U13 ($90 instead of $80), as games will be longer, referee fees will need to be much higher, and insurance costs increase significantly, but anyone rolling over from spring soccer will not be asked to pay more.  If we do not receive sufficient registrations for this division, then we will provide refunds consistent with other refunds provided to Spring 2020 registrants. 

• Fall Registration is now open.  I will go through all responses to the form above and send coupon codes to those who have requested their fee be rolled over to Fall.  There will be an option in the payment section to enter a coupon code – you should not be charged anything after applying the coupon.  If there are any issues with this, please let me know ([email protected]). 

• Fall registration is A NEW SEASON.  Players move age divisions in the fall, just like always – we are not simply carrying over teams from spring soccer.  Meaning that we are creating all new teams and rosters for the Fall 2020 season.  Please make sure that you put any coach requests or player requests in your registration! 

• IF YOU HAVE NOT COMPLETED THE FORM BY JUNE 1^ST, we will assume that you are choosing to roll over your registration.  It is possible that anyone completing the form after June 1^st will not be able to receive a refund, as all our funds may have been disbursed by that time.
