Steps to take for refund and roll over for spring

-- If you chose to roll over your fees: Fees are being rolled over, but registrations are not. Everyone who wants to play fall soccer MUST register for fall soccer at boonecountysoccer.com, just as you did for spring soccer. You will put in your child's information, including shirt size, team requests, and teammate requests. If you don't sign up for fall soccer, I cannot place your child on a team, even with the credit on your account.
So, to clarify, steps are as follows:

Complete Google Form and let me know that you want to roll over your fee
wait for an email stating that your child has been cancelled from spring soccer and your account has been credited. I do these every morning and every night, so you should not have to wait more than 12 hours or so for this email.
Go to boonecountysoccer.com and register your child for fall soccer. If you were provided a coupon code, use it at the checkout screen. Check to make sure you have "I am paying by credit card" unchecked so you don't get charged that fee. If you were credited, the credit will be automatically applied.
You should get an email confirmation that you are registered for fall soccer. You can check this at any time by logging into your account and looking under your child's name - It should say "2020 Fall Soccer" and a division. If you see that, you are registered! If you want to change what you wrote in the request boxes, you can do that by clicking the pencil icon next to your child's name. You can update shirt sizes here, too.

-- If you chose to receive a refund (MUST BE RECEIVED BY JUNE 1ST - AFTER THAT, ONLY ROLL OVER WILL BE AVAILABLE):

Complete Google Form (a lot of you have already done this. Every time someone completes the form, it populates onto my spreadsheet, and I am keeping track.)
On Monday June 1st, I have a meeting with SportsConnect to facilitate the refund process. I HOPE that everyone will be done by the end of next week. If you paid with a card, I will apply the refund to the card you used. If that card is expired, I will mail you a check. If you paid by check, I will mail you a check. PLEASE LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT AND MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT.

-- If you chose to donate:

Thank you. Thank you. We will issue you receipts that you can use on your taxes next year. Thank you.
If you intend to play in the fall, log onto boonecountysoccer.com and register for fall soccer.

-- If you are coaching:

Sign up to coach! You can do that on your account, or you can go to the website and choose "registration info", then "volunteer opportunities." We will not assume you are coaching just because you coached last year. Also, Thank you.
